The Failure of the UAR and its Effects on Ba’th : In this chapter you will analyze how the failure of the UAR effected and changed the direction of the Ba’th party here you will basically answer the second question which is “ How did the failure of the UAR impact the party’s direction in both, Syria and Iraq?”
The End of Pan Arabism: this is one of the things that the failure caused, you need to discuss how the failure of the UAR ended pan Arabism, what exactly went wrong that made the ba’th realize that pan Arabism is hard to achieve both in Syria and Iraq.
Neo-Ba’thism: this section will discuss another thing that was caused by the failure of the UAR which is the emergence of neo-ba’thism, factionalism, and how the ba’th party decided to focus on their own states before trying to achieve arab unity both is Syria and Iraq.
