• Describe the organization background.

• Explain how the organization won the award.

Task 2

List down three different awards of the excellence in Emirates. For each award explain the motivation, quality assessment methods to win the award.

Task 3

Conduct a research to find ONE organization from IT sector has won an UAE excellence award. For the selected organizations (winner) you need to:

• Investigate the quality improvement tools used, and how the applied tools enhanced the overall organization (winner) performance.

• Emphasize/ Highlight the quality assurance skills applied to develop IT projects.
