assumptions and beliefs that are unique to each organisation” (Chang & Daly, 2016
p58).
Using relevant recent research based literature (<5 yrs old) undertake the following:
1. Describe organisational culture and its impact on the organisation
2. Identify and discuss the influences on nursing practice within the healthcare
system
3. Identify the structure of authority in nursing services and its influence on the
culture
4. Explain areas of potential conflict within a health service
